• Position Title: Air / Sea Freight Coordinator
• Working Location: Changi, East Region
• Working Hours: 5 days (Mon - Fri: 8.30am - 6pm)
• Salary Package: Basic $2,800 - $3,500 + AWS
• Duration: Permanent

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily air and sea freight export or import operations.
• Coordinate with airlines, freight forwarders, shipping lines, transporters, and customs authorities.
• Maintain a proactive and solutions-focused approach when handling issues.
• Handle daily rate enquiries from local and overseas stakeholders.
• Respond to enquiries promptly with accurate information and suitable options.
• Prepare and manage shipping documents, ensure timely billing, and close job files on time.
• Manage operations for air and sea shipments, including preparing necessary documentation.
• Coordinate operations to ensure cargo is delivered on time according to client schedules.
• Handle full set of air waybills, export customs clearance, invoicing, verification of vendor costs, and sending pre-alerts to overseas offices/agents.
• Arrange air and sea cargo bookings with partners and vendors.
• Arrange cargo collection and delivery with transporters.
• Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned.

• Minimum 2 years of experience in air or sea freight operations or a similar logistics role.
• Knowledge of L/C documentation, Incoterms, Singapore shipping procedures, and freight forwarding.
• Good understanding of air and sea freight transportation, customs clearance, and related regulations.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.
• Experience using freight systems (e.g. Sysfreight) is an advantage.
• Process-oriented and a good team player.
• Able to work under pressure, prioritise tasks, and meet tight deadlines.
