Job Scope: * Must be able to perform troubleshooting and repair works for ACMV system on site. * Carry out repair and routine maintenance duties on aircon equipment in building facilities and of Job Scope: Must be able to perform troubleshooting and repair works for ACMV system on site. Carry out repair and routine maintenance duties on aircon equipment in building facilities and offices, building systems, HDB, grounds, and structures. Install, inspect, maintain, replace, or repair equipment that has been damaged. Install new air-conditioning systems and equipment. Clean blowers and coils, and check tensions of belts and motors. Make plans and designs of new air-conditioning systems including their installation and maintenance. Responsible for all maintenance, repair, and installation works Identify faulty parts and provide recommendations when required. Requirements: Must pass GCE N' Level with 1 year of working experience Able to communicate basic English and work under pressure at multiple job sites under tight datelines.
