Provides preventive and predictive maintenance of the air conditioning and electrical systems, conducting daily rounds and readings.
Leads successful installation and repair of air-conditioning system together with electrical systems and wirings.
Completes daily assigned works and accomplishes the work order form. Activities involve servicing of bearings, fans and control panels, motors, etc.
Logs daily activities into a Turn over Logbook to update team with progress and new issues.
Carries out trouble shooting unplanned work orders.
Performs repair by dismounting, overhauling, fitting, polishing and repair-welding to recondition damaged/shabby equipment.
