Job Description
Requirements:
Minimum qualification : SPM and Aircon related certification
Must have at least 1 year relevant experience
Able to communicate basic English and work under pressure at multiple job sites under tight datelines.
Must be able to perform physical activities such as climbing, bending, balancing, stooping, kneeling, squatting, crawling, reaching, crouching, push/pull objects, etc.
Those with class 3 driving license will have added advantage
Reporting location: Ubi
Scopes:
Must be able to perform troubleshooting and repair works for ACMV system on site.
Carry out repair and routine maintenance duties on aircon equipment in building facilities and offices, building systems, HDB, grounds, and structures.
Install new air-conditioning systems and equipment (if necessary).
Identify faulty parts and provide recommendation when required. Experience Required: Min 2 Year/s
