Roles & Responsibilities
Position : Airfreight Admin Officer
Working Day: 5.5 days
Location : Changi area
Responsibilities:
- Handle day to day operations independently
- Responsible for all inbound and outbound documentation & customer service
- Daily liaising with oversea counterparts and local sales and customer service team on delivery and logistics issue
- Input cargo details and ensure charges from suppliers are input into the in-house system, accrual all costs in system and book in vendor invoices
- Issuing of freight invoices
- Monitor shipments (arrival date, short landed, survey, missing) and ensure all orders are duly delivered to customers within a stipulated operation turnaround time
- Coordinate with vendors on timely clearance / delivery of cargo
- Handle customer complaints or issues, if any
- Ad-hoc duties as assigned by your superior
- Comply with Company’s Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Maintain timely and accurate records in relevant systems and spreadsheets
