Global logistics and supply chain management companyThe Opportunity:Adecco is partnering with a Global Logistics and Supply Chain Management company, we are looking for Airfreight Branch Manager, with experience in setting up a warehouse along with sales background to expand the business and also capable of managing a team (Operation and Sales Executive), to join their business! Reporting to the Country Manager.

• Permanent, Full-time opportunity
• Location: East region (Changi)
• Working hours: Monday - Friday, 9am to 6pm
• Salary Package: Basic + AWS + VB

The Job:

• Operation: Oversees the daily operation and manage a team to foster a positive and productive work environment.
• Sales and Marketing: Developing strategies to attract new clients and retain existing ones.
• Financial Acumen: Understanding profit margins, pricing strategies, and budget management.
• Market Analysis: Assessing market trends and competition to identify opportunities for growth.
• Customer Relationship Management: Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients to enhance satisfaction and loyalty.
• Business Development: Seeking out new business opportunities and partnerships.

The Talent:

• Have experience setting up a warehouse (Operation)
• Strong in commercial focus (Business Development).
• Proven track record of leadership experience.
