Job Title: Airfreight Operations Executive
Industry: Transportation / Logistics
Salary: SGD 2000 - 3800
Location: South East, Singapore

:
- Coordinate door-to-door shipments (exports and imports) including transshipments: EDI, CCN, Cut airway bills, Pre-alert and etc.- Arrange transportation and monitor shipment status- Customs formalities (send instructions to the customs broker)- Shipment billing and/or invoicing- Labelling of cargo- Liaise with warehouse for cargo details and movements (e.g. receiving, deliveries, etc.)- Work with the respective project managers to coordinate shipments, plan strategies and execute adhoc instructions- Consol planning- Perform excellent customer service- Manage customers inquiries and attend to complaints- Secure flight bookings with carriers and/or master loaders- Develop and/or maintain good relationships with carriers and/or master loaders- General administration

Job Requirements:
- Preferably 1 year experience in Air freight operations processes - CargoWise Knowledge is an added advantage- Possess valid DG Certificate is an added advantage- Well-versed in MS Office, especially MS Excel- Can-do attitude, driven and passionate about work- Strong verbal and written communication skills

Compensation:
- Working hours: Mon to Fri 9am - 6pm, Sat (WFH) 9am - 12pm
