Responsibilities:
  • Front-line customer service role
  • Assist in checking in at the counter, scan and check passports and boarding tickets
  • Ensuring the smooth departure process
  • Assist in Lost & Found Services and baggage tracing activities
  • Ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
  • Must be able to commit to shift hours
  • Presentable and well-groomed
  • Positive attitude with excellent customer service skills
