Responsibilities:
Front-line customer service role
Assist in checking in at the counter, scan and check passports and boarding tickets
Ensuring the smooth departure process
Assist in Lost & Found Services and baggage tracing activities
Ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
Must be able to commit to shift hours
Presentable and well-groomed
Positive attitude with excellent customer service skills
