Job Description

As a Airline Partnership Manager, you\'ll be responsible for creating and managing high-value partnerships with airlines, negotiating terms and conditions, and developing long-term strategies to secure strategic partnerships. Ultimately, your job is to manage relationships and research new airlines that the company could join forces with. The ideal candidate will be confident, ambitious and driven to achieve the best outcome for the company. Based in Singapore, the ideal candidate will become a be part of the market leader in expanding our portfolio across the world.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Take charge of our new B2B Air-Ticketing Department;
• Negotiating and contracting of Airlines to be their Sales Agent;
• Identify and negotiate with key partner\'s preferential conditions in direct coordination with the immediate superior and promote the commercial opportunities;
• Attend trade shows to promote the company;
• Prepare report for management on regular basis and when required.
  

• Diploma / Bachelor Degree in the hospitality and/or tourism industry;
• At least 3 years working experience in Airline / Travel industry in local market; prior Ticketing or Airline related background will be an advantage.
• Strong Relationships with airlines and suppliers;
• Knowledge of the functions, operation and mission of the department;
• The ideal candidate must be able to work independently, detailed-orientated, service-minded, experienced in negotiations and have a drive to deliver exceeding expectations;
• Able to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines.
