Summary:

• 5/6 days work week, 3 shifts

Responsibilities:

• Front-line customer service role
• Assist in checking in at counter, scan and check passports and boarding tickets
• Ensuring the smooth departure process
• Assist in Lost & Found Services and baggage tracing activities
• Ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Passionate to work as customer service role
• Computer Literacy, basic computer skill
• Able to commit 3 shifts
