**********SINGAPOREANS ONLY ********** CUSTOMER SERVICE AGENT (AIRPORT) \xe2\x80\x93 Contract/FLEXI
- $2,100/month Gross before CPF deduction (1 year contract, renewable up to 3 years)
- FLEXI Position is available, please indicate FLEXI when dropping a text. (Min 3 weekdays + Sat/Sun in a week)
- Must be able to attend 5-7 days of training and interview from client.
1) Assist passengers at the FAST kiosk machines/bag drop area 2) Escort foreign crew from arrival to hotel stay/from hotel to departure area. 3) Escort passengers from check-in through security checks, passport control, lounge area. 4) Departure and Arrival Gate handling 5) Other miscellaneous duties when assigned Shift Schedule: 44hrs a week (5/6 ALTERNATE workday week Monday \xe2\x80\x93 Sunday)
- Timings: 4.30am - 1.30pm/2.30pm-11.30pm
- Transport claims up to $30 per trip (For shifts starting before 0700hrs or shifts ending past 2300hrs) Requirements:
- Presentable and well groomed
- Positive attitude with excellent customer service skills
- Good communication skills and command of English
- Possess basic computer skills Job Types: Part-time, Contract
