Job Description

Safely load and unload passengers' baggage from aircraft cargo holds, baggage carts, and conveyor belts.

Sort baggage based on flight destinations and ensure proper tagging to avoid misplacement.

Operate baggage carts and other ground handling equipment to move luggage between terminals, aircraft, and baggage claim areas.

Manage special or oversized luggage (e.g. sports equipment, strollers) following airport procedures.

Assist in locating and retrieving lost or delayed baggage when needed.

Follow all airport safety and security protocols to ensure baggage is handled securely and efficiently.

Coordinate with ground staff, ramp agents, and airline representatives to ensure smooth baggage operations.
