• Located at Changi Airport
• Shift Allowance, AWS, VB, Sign-On-Bonus

Roles & Responsibilities

• Play an essential role in creating memorable experiences for all passengers
• Handle check-in processes and greet passengers upon arrival
• Ensure a smooth departure experience for travelers
• Assist passengers with special needs to provide additional support
• Offer customer service in exclusive premier lounges
• Manage meet-and-greet services in the reception area
• Perform basic computerized transactions for passenger services

Requirements

• Minimum GCE 'N' level
• Good interpersonal skills
• Dynamic individual with service aptitude and willingness to go the extra mile
