Description:
Must have a basic command of reading and good command of spoken English, knowing additional languages would be useful.
Able to work independently and perform assigned tasks well.
Must possess good interpersonal skills and demonstrate ease in interaction with airport staff and passengers.
Reasonably digitally savvy to help passengers on their mobile devices if required to.
Must be service-oriented, responsible, honest and mature.
Meet the grooming standards acceptable to CAG.
Previous related work experience in traffic management and/ or customer service will be an advantage.
Candidates are required to assist with traffic management which includes directing drivers away from staging along the kerb side, waving off driver.
prevent second-lane pick-ups and, if there is a second-lane pick-up, assist with loading luggage to expedite throughput.
Candidates are required to load luggage.
