Position: Airport Service Crew (Landside) Salary: $9/Hour Location: Changi airport Working hours: 9 Hours | Rotate Shift WEEKLY / MONTHLY PAYOUT WORK WITH FRIENDS (SUBJECTED AVAILABILITY) OJT (On Job Traning) PROVIDED Job description -
a. check and ensure that health documents, vaccinations and other certificates are valid for the destinations for which passengers are presented b. direct passengers towards the Automated Check-In Kiosks within the self-service zone. c. control the entrances to the FAST Assistance queue. d. Assist and guide passengers on the use of Automated Check-In Kiosks with regards to check-in, boarding pass printing, baggage tag printing and other relevant queries. e. Direct passengers who cannot complete the FAST process on Kiosks. f. Direct passengers with baggage who has completed the FAST process on Kiosks to Bag Drop queue. g. Assist passengers with special needs h. Assist passenger at the Self Check-in Kiosks and Auto Bag Drops i. Manage the queue at the Auto Bag Drop Kiosks and FAST kiosks area. j. Performing \xe2\x80\x9cClean as you go\xe2\x80\x99 policy for kiosks after every passenger checked in at kiosks (cleaning up area, removing used stickers for baggage tags, etc.) REQUIREMENT
a. Minimum GCE \xe2\x80\x98N\xe2\x80\x99 level (or equivalent) with a credit in English
b. Able to communicate effectively in English
c. Presentable and well-groomed;
d. Positive attitude, with excellent customer service skills;
e. Good communication skills and culturally sensitive;
f. Possess mental alertness and meticulous;
g. Possess basic computer skills;
