JOB DESCRIPTION?Answer incoming calls & replying to emails from clients?Reservations for Air ticket, visa application, hotel reservations and other ad-hoc travel arrangement?Handling Duty of Care?Handling of feedback?Issue invoicesREQUIREMENTS?Customer service oriented?To be able to handle existing clients and lead in new clients?Relevant working experience in the ticketing department?Good command of English?Strong knowledge in Air Ticketing & use of GDS (Sabre or any form of GDS Air Ticketing reservation system)
