Graphic Designer

Position Requirements:

Minimum 5 years' professional design experience, ideally within a high-volume, multi-stakeholder environment. Degree or Advanced Diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field. Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, from brief to production, within tight deadlines. Demonstrated experience in budget management, vendor liaison, and production logistics. Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) and related tools. Strong influencing and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with staff, students, and senior leaders. Experience in setting up and managing systems for design requests, workflow tracking, and asset libraries. Ability to mentor and guide junior staff or student contributors. Flexible, proactive, and innovative, with a commitment to continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

Degree or Professional Educational qualifications e.g. Advanced Diploma in Arts/ Illustration, Graphic and Creative Design Minimum of 5 years design experience Proven experience in managing design projects
