Responsibilities

• Responsible for Deep Learning/Computer Vision algorithm design, development, iteration etc.
• Lead and drive one or more research topics, including but not limited to 1) Mainstream vision tasks (general object detection, multi-object tracking, image classification, attribute recognition); 2) 3D vision (3D object detection, 3D tracking, point cloud segmentation, point cloud completion, point cloud registration, 3D shape analysis, 3D reconstruction); and 3) virtual humans (human mesh recovery via human parametric models such as SMPL, human pose estimation, garment reconstruction, motion generation) etc.
• Suggest and engage in the innovation and implementation of algorithms and maintain our leading position of an algorithm in academia and industry, Conduct research, implementation and comparison on the latest algorithms.
• Drive the performance optimization of related computer vision algorithms, in terms of various applied fields.
• Responsible for the development of management tools and algorithmic platforms for research.
• Collaborate with the teams to promote the landing of real projects.RequirementsMinimum Requirements
• Bachelor candidate or above in Computer Science. Electrical Engineering, and related technical field or equivalent.
• Experience in Computer Vision, Machine Learning Algorithmic Foundations of Optimization, Data mining or Artificial Intelligence related.
• Programming experience in one or more of the following: C/C++, python; Experience with Caffe/Tensorflow/Pytorch and related Deep Learning frameworks.

• Relevant internship experience in the industry, or research experience at famous university laboratories & research institutes or working experience.
• Strong research ability to conduct research on the innovative design of algorithms as well as implementation.
• Background in contributions to open-source projects that are related to machine learning research; or publication of blog articles related to machine learning.
• Experience in the contribution to research communities and/or efforts, including publishing papers in Machine Learning venues, e.g., CVPR, ICCV, ECCV, NIPS, ICML, ICLR, AAAI etc.
• Experience in competitions including ACM-ICPC, SC-SCC and so on; Experience in Machine Learning/Computer Vision related competitions, including ImageNet, Kaggle and well-known competitions at home & abroad. Innovative and passionate about technology; Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills; Self-challenging and able to adapt to a fast-paced environment; Good communication skills; Ability to work independently PhD in Computer Science, experience in the main research lab, or equivalent practical experience in related technical fields is preferred.
