Founded in 2015, our products have gone to achieve international acclaim, most recently winning the James Dyson Award and are now looking to expand our team to build innovative products that will be distributed globally. Responsibilities and Duties

• Design & Development] Lead the Design, Development and Validation of algorithms that form the core of Kinexcs\xe2\x80\x99 products and technology.
• Integration] Work closely with the software development, product teams and external vendors on improvements and integration of these algorithms to meet customer requirements and specifications
• Strategic R&D Collaboration] Lead the strategic R&D collaboration efforts of the company. Identify key collaborators at leading universities and technical institutes, clinical organisations and hospitals, industry players and technology suppliers, and lead the collaboration efforts with these key external stakeholders on company\xe2\x80\x99s various current and planned products.
• Sourcing Technology] Keep abreast with latest technological developments, advancements and trends in the industry and academic research that may be utilized in companies\xe2\x80\x99 various products, and ensure timely translational adoption of such technological components.
• Roadmap & Strategy] Participate and contribute in formulating a strategic product development roadmap for various product lines of the company.
• Hiring Participate and contribute in recruiting and retaining relevant technical talent necessary to perform and execute various roles across different levels of the organization, and to expand technical capabilities.
• Mentoring & Developing Team, Developing Capabilities) Coach, mentor, and train the junior technical team in various areas and enhance company\xe2\x80\x99s capabilities to deliver innovative products.
• clinical teams to create, develop and manage a strong intellectual property portfolio (including patents, know-how and trade-secrets etc) that enhances company\xe2\x80\x99s position in the industry, and protects company\xe2\x80\x99s commercial interests in various jurisdictions.
• Grants & Applications] Identify grants and other types of funding opportunities, and draft and submit applications with various internal and external stakeholders and collaborators in a timely manner.
• Trade-shows, Conferences, Events Identify external trade shows, conferences and events for the company to participate and prepare product demonstrations to engage and attract key target audience members. Follow-up with relevant leads to enable business and scientific collaborations.
• Publications, Project Management] Identify key scientific publications for the company to publish results from academic and clinical collaborations. Lead the technical experimentation, project management including data analysis, drafting and publication of the results in these publications

Minimum Qualifications

• A PhD degree in Computer Science or a related technical field; or a Master\xe2\x80\x99s degree in related field with at least 2 years of relevant industrial experience; or a Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in related field with at least 4 years of relevant industrial experience.
• Experience in Computer Vision, Machine Learning, Deep Learning, Data Mining or Artificial Intelligence.
• Experience contributing to research communities and/or efforts, including publishing papers in Machine Learning venues (e.g., CVPR, ICCV, ECCV, NeurIPS, ICML, ICLR, and AAAI).

Preferred Qualifications

• Background in contributions to open-source projects that are related to machine learning research.
• Strong publication record in top-tier machine learning or computer vision conferences/journals, such as TPAMI, IJCV, CVPR, ICCV, ECCV, NeurIPS, ICML and AAAI.
• Ability to independently design, lead, and execute research projects.

Job Type: Full-time Salary: $5,000.00 - $10,000.00 per month Schedule:
