Job Description
- Position : Project Coordinator/Document Controller
- Location : Office in Changi, work site at Tuas
- Working hours : 6 days work week, Monday- Saturday 8:00am - 5:30pm
- Salary (Commensurate with experience): Up to $3700 Basic + AWS + Variable Bonus (twice per year) + 12 days annual leave
- Duration : Permanent
- Industry : Business Consulting ( Building/Construction)
- Manage and handle documents, records and maintain an organized filing system.
- Perform daily administrative duties, including answering phone calls etc
- Provide general administrative & secretarial support to Project Manager
- Help Engineers in compiling and submission of project related documents
- Arrange and attend meetings to record minutes and distribute minutes of meetings
- Abide to the Environmental, Safety and Health regulations (Internal & External)
- Minimum "N/O" level / Professional certificate
- Minimum 2 years of Administrative experience
- Experience dealing with LTA project preferred
