Key Responsibilities:
Source, negotiate, and purchase materials and supplies required for projects.
Coordinate with suppliers, contractors, and internal teams to ensure timely delivery.
Maintain accurate records of purchase orders, inventory, and project requirements.
Assist in project coordination and ensure smooth workflow across teams.
Monitor stock levels and forecast procurement needs to avoid delays.
Requirements:
Minimum 1-2 years of experience in
construction, hardware, or aluminum & glass industry
procurement or coordination.
Strong negotiation, communication, and organizational skills.
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and inventory management systems.
