What you do

• Managing of electronic client relations, involving monitoring of system availability, prompt issue escalation and remedial action. Delays or failures could result in significant impact to reputation and revenue
• Deliver resolutions to customers when issues arise with electronic transactions or platforms.
• Effectively handle customer queries directly without need for escalation and delay.

• Degree qualifications in Computer Engineering / Computer Science / Math (Statistics) / Analytics.
• Strong knowledge and some expertise in data analytics.
• Prior exposure to big data modelling, and also valuation and risk reports.
• Possess a unique combination of product and technical knowledge as well as the appropriate mindset and attention to detail.
