Roles & Responsibilities
Our Client, Aviation industry, has an opportunity for a dynamic individual to join the team as am Ambassador.
Job Responsibilities:
- Basic customer service pertaining to airport and travel protocols at landside and transit areas.
- Queue management at airport touchpoints.
- Carry out travel document checks.
- Ensure that passengers and airport staff adhere to safe distancing measures.
- Set up dedicated pathways for escorting short-term visitors arriving from countries that have been classified as “restricted”.
Job Requirements:
- Min. GCE 'N' Level or equivalent with relevant experience
- Applicants must be willing to work in Changi Airport
- Rotating shifts (Morning, afternoon & night shifts. eg. 7am – 7pm / 7pm – 7am)
- Must be willing to commit for night, ad-hoc, weekends & PH
- Candidate without experience are welcomed to apply
