The lyf AOB is the creative mind (and hands) at lyf. He/she plays a crucial role in translating lyf\xe2\x80\x99s brand values and content pillars into social experiences for the guests at lyf Funan Singapore. He/she builds a lyf community by offering on-property activities through partnerships with local influencers, organizations, and businesses. The AOB will enjoy working with internal and external stakeholders in a fast-paced, global organization by selling our social spaces and curating relevant workshops, brand collaborations, and events open to lyf guests and the mass public.
The lyf AOB must also work closely with other AOBs in Singapore to coordinate quarterly country-level events.
Details of the roles and responsibilities include:
Space & Venue Rental
Source for opportunities where lyf\xe2\x80\x99s social spaces can be used as paid venues for events
Meet monthly space rental budget to contribute to the property\xe2\x80\x99s overall revenue topline
Partnership and Community Management
Create a network of partnerships with relevant merchants (e.g., F&B, retail, festivals, art, design, tech, crafts, concerts, and sports) to get special rates/preferred access for guests.
Monitor social trends to source for relevant partners
Events and Community Engagement
Curate property-level weekly events aligned with the brand content pillars and cluster-level events each quarter to drive brand awareness
Work closely with the lyf operations team to execute events
Serve as liaison for Ascott country-level events
Evaluate post-event ROI in coordination
Guest Review Management (optional)
Respond to online reviews promptly
Manage internal guest reviews timely
Marketing Support
Coordinate with the regional and corporate marketing teams to execute annual/quarterly marketing strategies.
Work with the regional and corporate marketing teams to curate pre and post-event marketing content to generate hype and drive participation for events and property, especially on social channels.
Keep up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends to understand trending keywords that will increase eyeball and awareness for event-related communications
