Position Summary
At Illumina, innovation drives expanding market opportunities. Genomics continues to transform the standard of care, and we are looking for a strong strategic business development individual to secure external strategic partnerships advancing Illuminas commercial presence within the Asia, Middle East, and Africa (AMEA) region. The focus of this role will be on a variety of strategic deals, including IVD licensing, distribution, OEM, and collaboration deals.
The AMEA Business Development Lead will participate in the strategy definition and drive the evaluation and execution of strategic partnerships in established and emerging geographies. This position reports to the head of clinical and international business development and is within the Corporate Development & Strategic Planning (CDSP) team at Illumina which leads the analysis and execution of strategic partnerships, M&A, and strategic planning.
