As an Operations Finance Analyst at Danone, youll have a unique opportunity to deeply engage with the financial dynamics of our AMEA (Africa, Middle East & Asia) operations. If youre passionate about finance, analytics, and making a meaningful impact, we encourage you to apply!Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Reporting: Support the team to ensure completeness, accuracy, and timely delivery of various countries business reporting.
Business Partnership: Be a trusted finance partner for Danone Impact Journey (sustainability) initiatives, tracking and analyzing sustainability costs budgets with stream owners
Digitalization Partner: Develop, maintain, and enhance financial dashboards to provide real-time insights into key performance indicators (KPIs).
Data Visualization: Be able to turn data into visually appealing and easy-to-understand graphs and PowerPoint presentations

• University degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering or related fields
• Power BI & MS Office (Advanced Excel) knowledge is required
• Basic accounting knowledge preferred
• 2-3 years of experience. Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail
• Team oriented, highly collaborative, and able to build cross-functional relationships
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively while meeting deadlines
• Passion for the food and beverage industry and a strong interest in learning about large-scale operations is a plus
