The incumbent will be tasked to ensure operational effectiveness and control within the AML function.xe2x80x8bxe2x80x8bRESPONSIBILITIES:The incumbent will be responsible in continuously evaluates current processes to identify opportunities for improving effectiveness and efficiency, ensuring clear communication and successful execution of strategies.You will take the lead in working with key stakeholders to develop a clear vision and long-term strategy that proactively responds to industry, company, and regulatory changes.xe2x80x8bREQUIREMENTS:To be qualified for this position,Strong experience in driving operational excellence and managing banking operationsMin. 10 years experience in anti-money laundering and banking operationsStrong domain knowledge in AML and Sanctions (other Fin.
