Job Description
The role is to provide agency operations support to the Agency Group.
* Prepare notifications to Borrowers/Agents/Participants on drawdowns, rollovers, interest rate fixings and repayments
- Update control sheets, other records for drawdowns, rollovers, interest rate fixing and repayments
- Make necessary communications with Borrowers/Agents/Participants and internal staff to handle agency
- Dispatch information received to relevant parties
- Assist / support on auditors\' or regulators\' queries and examination
- Perform any other duties assigned from time to time
- Diploma in Business Administration, Banking and Finance
- Minimum 1 to 3 years\' experience in agency and /or loan administration in banks with ability to read loan agreements
- Proficient in English and Chinese language (both written and spoken)
- Proficient in Microsoft office applications (Word, Excel, Power Point) and good IT skills
- Ability to construct Swift messages and use of Debt Domain will be an advantage
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines
- Meticulous, pro-active and a positive attitude
