Business Function

Group Technology and Operations (T&O) enables and empowers the bank with an efficient, nimble and resilient infrastructure through a strategic focus on productivity, quality & control, technology, people capability and innovation. In Group T&O, we manage the majority of the Bank\'s operational processes and inspire to delight our business partners through our multiple banking delivery channels.

Responsibilities

On a day to day basis provide support to the project team lead within the program. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring coordination of project activities and delivering of project deliverables. The candidates may be required to work across various projects within the program.

  • Work closely with the development team to gather and analyze technical requirements for software development projects.
  • Create and maintain detailed technical specifications, including functional and non-functional requirements, for development teams to implement.
  • Develop and maintain documentation and workflows for business processes and systems.
  • Identify and document any potential technical issues or risks and make recommendations for mitigation.
  • Participate in testing and quality assurance efforts, including creating test cases and test plans, executing tests, and verifying test results.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, including developers, project managers, and business stakeholders.
  • Provide support to the development team during the implementation phase of project.
  • Work with project managers, developers, and clients to understand business needs and translate them into technical requirements.
  • Participate in the development of project plans, timelines, and budgets.
  • Provide L1 support.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of projects.
  • Perform analysis on data, systems, and processes to identify areas for improvement.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation, such as requirements documents and user guides.
  • Conduct user acceptance testing and quality assurance to ensure that solutions meet requirements.
Requirements
  • Bachelor\'s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a technical business analyst or similar role.
  • Knowledge of software development methodologies, such as Agile or Waterfall.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to quality
