Investor Relations / Client Management

$6,000 - 8,500 per month

The Company

The organisation is a well-established, boutique Real Estate fund manager comprising Core, Opportunistic and Separate Account fund strategies and with a diversified portfolio of assets (logistics, office, retail, student accommodation, DC and hospitality) located across the first-tier APAC markets. To support current and anticipated fund-raising and ongoing client management, the platform is looking to expand its IR team.

The Position

Reporting to the Head of Investor Relations whilst working collaboratively with the client servicing team and fund/investment/asset management colleagues, the appointed individual will enjoy an evolving and highly engaging workscope. Initially, some focus will be given to building robust processes around the capture and presentation of consolidated financial data for the platform\'s various fund portfolios. As custodian for fund information, the appointed individual will support pitch-book material for presentation to new or existing international, institutional clients; this will include new product ideas as well as portfolio performance reviews. Concurrently, the appointed individual will receive and manage investor queries whilst also responding to RFI/RFP requests.

The Person

Interested candidates will be located in Singapore whilst offering a good Degree (Real Estate, Finance/Economics), around 2-4 years\' experience gained within a real estate data/client management, fund administration or IR capacity and preferably supported by a sound understanding of PERE. Aside from a sound ability to manage data in Excel (to an intermediate level), interested individuals should offer first-class verbal and written communication, project co-ordination and strong interpersonal skills.
