Overview of Division/Department

Loan Operations & Agency (LOA) comprises of Loans, Guarantee team & Agency team.
LOA is responsible for booking loans, guarantees, invoice discount financing and securities into Gbase, effecting payments via Swift, etc

Job Responsibilities
1 Process loans, guarantees using LAMPS, Gbase etc
2 Prepare/check guarantee text & processing gtee transactions
3 Monitor commitment fee payments, etc
4 Prepare SWIFT payments
5 Handle Applications for loans / guarantees, etc
6 Monitor maturity dates and settlement of loans
7 All Administrative duties related to processing loans & guarantees, etc

Job Requirements
1. Degree in Business, Banking & Finance, Accounting.
2. Knowledge of Microsoft words, Excel, Powerpoint
3. Good command of written / spoken English
4. Good interpersonal skills, team player, meticulous, able to multi-task
5. Preferably knowledge of MS Access & programming skills
