Overview of Division/Department

Loan Operations & Agency (LOA) comprises of Loans, Guarantee team & Agency team. LOA is responsible for booking loans (bilateral/syndicated), guarantees, invoice discount financing & securities into GBase, effecting payments via SWIFT, etc

Job Responsibilities
1 Monitor/check CP docs
2 Maintain Lenders contact info & payment details in ATMS
3 Prepare Distribution Lists
4 Process loan drawdown, rollover & ensure rate is fixed according to each Agreement
5 Control agency fee, commitment fee due dates
6 collect Interest and disburse to Lenders (via SWIFT payments)
7 Liaise between Borrowers & Lenders for waiver, etc
8 Other Admin Duties - faxes etc

Job Requirements
1) Degree in Business / Banking & Finance / Accounting
2) Good Knowledge of Microsoft words, Excel & Powerpoint
3) Good command of written & spoken English
4) Good interpersonal skills, team player
5) Diligent, meticulous & able to multi-task
6) Knowledge of SWIFT payments & loan operations preferred
7) Fresh graduates or those with 1-2 years of loan experience are welcome
