About The Job

Job Responsibilities

• Forex Trade checking and PB reconciliation
• Forex daily position rollover
• Monthly interest update and posting
• Handle broker\'s execution fee billings
• ICE SG trade uploading and large position reporting (To cover London shift)
• Invoice billings
• Handle daily customers\' fund movements (Morning Shift)
• Handle audit confirmation
• Reconcile IDB fee collected from Customers against IDBs\' invoices.
• Issue bank payment
• Client conversion booking
• Back up for evening Shift
• Retrieve trade files from various exchanges (SGX, JPX, and HKFE), upload and process in CTMS system
• Perform close out in CTMS and in exchange\'s platform
• Submit position reporting to SGX before 10am on next business day

Requirements:

• Bachelor\'s degree in Banking/Finance/Business Management.
• Preferably 1 year of working experience in Securities industry.
• Able to work independently.
• Adaptable to a fast paced and challenging environment.
• Able to work on SG public holiday
