This position will support tracking and monitoring of enterprise capital incentives & recoveries. This role will require the ability to work effectively across many regions and cross-functionally.Your Job:Monitor and report on the commitments of each grant relative to planDevelop standardized tracking methodologies and templates to enable reporting automationPartner with project owners to drive accountability and compliance at a project levelWork with program finance owners to ensure accuracy of accruals, forecasting, and cash flow modelingSupport ROI analysis for new grant opportunities and drive socialization of incentives to business ownersCollaborate across departments to share pertinent information as neededStandardize balance sheet reconsDevelop reporting solutions (PowerBi, Anaplan, Excel) to enable efficient reporting of Incentives & RecoveriesDrive process improvement and standardizationRequired Qualifications:BA/BS in Finance or AccountingDemonstrate strong accounting and financial analysis skillsAction oriented with the ability to distill complex agreementsAbility to meet work and project deadlines in a timely fashion with high quality outputStrong PC skills and excellence in Microsoft suiteProblem-solver \xe2\x80\x93 guiding, implementing, and sustaining process excellenceGlobalFoundries is an equal opportunity employer, cultivating a diverse and inclusive workforce.
