Job Description



You will be part of our growing team of airport commercial advisory professionals. By the nature of our business, you will be working across diverse set of airport projects and work with various partners, public and private stakeholders on their non-aeronautical revenue developments. On practical basis, you will be guided and be expected to undertake work such as:

  • Market research covering consumer behavior and industry benchmarking.
  • Commercial layout configuration.
  • Product and tenant mix configuration.
  • Marketing includes crafting narrative, using social media and organizing roadshows.
  • Business plans includes revenue modelling and financial analysis.
  • RFPs and term sheets for key commercial contracts.
  • Commercial performances analytics against budgets.
  • Client engagement includes due diligence, reporting and presentations.
  • Technical support to other verticals on airport visits.
You must be comfortable working in a fast-paced matrix environment and work effectively with various project teams, comprising of diverse professionals and advisors of various disciplines and international backgrounds. You can look forward to growing your commercial expertise and/or take on greater leadership role in the Company as we grow the international businesses of the Changi Airports International. Requirements:
  • Candidates must have analytical and strong business acumen with ability to think on the feet.
  • An MBA/CFA qualification and 1-2 years of commercial/consultancy work experience will be an added advantage.
  • However, new degree holders with at least 2nd Upper Honours or its equivalent are welcomed to apply.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office and able to utilise various analytical/productivity tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills - confident to conduct face to face or video presentations, prepare reports and papers, presentation decks etc. Candidate should be fluent in Mandarin (written and verbal) to communicate effectively and confidently with our clients in China.
  • Able to work under pressure, independently, managing multiple stakeholders, initiatives, and tasks effectively.
  • Able to travel frequently for work, sometimes at short notice.
