ARMO is a regional office covering Asia Pacific (APAC) region. ARMO-CRED supports the Regional Chief Risk Officer and senior managements in the region to continuously enhance credit risk management function, frameworks and initiatives to support the development of APAC businesses. Credit Analytics and Advisory team\xe2\x80\x99s key responsibilities include utilizing credit analytics and tools to evaluate and monitor the portfolio quality and report to APAC\xe2\x80\x99s senior managements, advise and support regional stakeholders and APAC branches on the credit risk management initiatives and activities, and holding credit risk management committee in APAC region.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Support credit risk management committee and manage regular/ad-hoc reporting for the APAC region with in-depth credit portfolio and forward-looking analysis, with the aim to support business planning and risk management needs in the APAC region.

  • Support and manage regional and branches\xe2\x80\x99 credit risk management frameworks, such as Early Warning processes, Stress Testing, Credit Risk Appetite Framework and Credit Risk Heat Map. Have a good understanding of credit risk metrics such as RWA, Expected Loss and Return on Risk.

  • Support credit risk management initiatives and activities in APAC branches.

  • Collaborate with regional branches and relevant departments/divisions on various Global and Regional initiatives, including ESG related initiatives.


Job Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in portfolio risk or credit risk management function, in the banking or finance industry

  • Analytical skills to interpret large data sets to identify trends and issues using Microsoft Excel is required.

  • Knowledge of Excel VBA/SQL/SAS is a plus.

  • Prior experience in either quantitative analysis or risk modelling (such as stress testing and early warning frameworks etc) is a plus

  • Good communication and presentation skills.

  • Holder of a Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree

  • Team player with a positive attitude and ability to perform tasks independently to meet tight deadlines.
