Job Description

Job Responsibilities: Update Asian General Credit Policies (AGCP) to reflect Head Office (HO)'s and regional credit policies, underwriting guidelines (UG), and credit frameworks and procedures. Disseminate and provide AGCP education tool to overseas branches. Support the development of Credit Policy Management Team (CPMT) meeting agenda and present AGCP revisions in the meeting. Review overseas branches' credit policies and manuals to ensure the alignment with HO's credit policies and rules and AGCP. Compile AGCP and UG exceptions for APAC region on a periodical basis. Prepare materials on matters related to AGCP, UG, AGCP and UG exceptions for team leader's presentation in the Credit Risk Management Committee (CRMC) for APAC region. Support regional divisions and overseas branches on matters related to Global Credit Applications and Rating System (G-CARS) and provide education on G-CARS through training or newsletters. Support team members and team leader in team and departmental initiatives to drive the enhancement of credit risk management in APAC regionJob Requirements: No minimum experience is required Bachelor's Degree in banking, finance or relevant field is required. Good communication and writing skills in both English and Chinese languages, to liaise directly with regional counterparts.
