Prepare credit memos and risk reports for internal stakeholders and senior management
Collaboration with relevant departments:
Support internal coordination with various departments (front office, legal, and compliance teams) and perform operational to ensure a cohesive approach to credit risk management.
Facilitation of High-Quality Risk Assessments:
Monitor portfolio performance and provide early warning indicators for deteriorating credits.
Assist in conducting thorough credit risk assessments and evaluations, ensuring high standards are maintained throughout the process.
Stay updated on market trends, regulatory developments, and best practices
Contribution to Enhancement of Grading Methodologies and Policy Recommendations:
Assist in the review and application of internal credit grading methodologies, ensuring alignment with regulatory and the bank's strategic objectives and risk appetite
Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related discipline.
Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in credit risk, project finance, or structured finance.
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Good understanding of credit analysis processes, including risk assessment and financial modeling.
Proven ability to work independently with a proactive mindset and a strong sense of initiative
