Job Summary:

• Company background: Freight Transport Arrangement
• Working location: Changi South (next to Expo MRT)
• Working days & hrs: 5 days; Monday to Friday ; 8.30 am - 6.15pm
• Salary range: up to SGD 4,800 (dep on exp) + AWS

Primary Responsibilities:

• Perform data analysis and validation using tools like Python, R, VBA, and PowerAutomate.
• Automate scorecard reports for various business units.
• Develop and maintain Power BI visualizations for daily operations, KPI metrics, and financial analysis.
• Design and implement PowerApps to capture essential data for productivity, cost justification, and anomaly detection.
• Provide IT support and troubleshoot platform issues.
• Lead and contribute to Operational Excellence (OPEX) and Continuous Improvement Process (CIP) initiatives.
• Demonstrate proficiency in Python, R, VBA, coding, PowerAutomate, Power BI, and Tableau.
• Hold a bachelor\'s degree in a related field with at least 3 years of experience in an IT-related role.
• Be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, Access, and VBA.
• Utilize and create operations dashboards with tools like Power BI and Tableau to identify key improvement areas.
• Possess strong analytical skills for reviewing financial and operational data.
• Stay informed on the latest automation technologies and their implementation.
