• Nearest MRT Raffles Place & Tanjong Pagar
• Basic + AWS
• 5days 9am - 6pm
• Travel required. 3-4times/ year

JD:1. Secretariat to the Directors in meetings, calls and follow-up sessions.
2. Collate and co-ordinate meeting materials and presentations.
3. Conduct market research and analysis on potential medical technology investments and summarise findings in review reports.
4. Assist in the applications and follow-up actions of the relevant trademarks and patents. Maintain a register and monitor its progress.
5n Provide administrative support in the office.
6. Update and maintain contact list of the Directors.
7n Organize and make necessary arrangements for conferences, seminars and workshops. Develop and track budgets for proper finances.
8. Assume additional / amended job duties as determined by the supervisor, at the sole discretion of the Company.
9n Attend to any work that may be assigned from time to time by the supervisor.Requirement:1. Minimum 5 years of working experience.
2. Diploma or professional qualification in health related field.
3. Professional written and oral communication skills.
4. Excellent interpersonal communication skills, ability to liaise effectively with stakeholders.
5. Knowledge in medical device/ healthcare field (preferred).
6.
