Our client, a global Japanese FMCG company who has APAC HQ function for E-Commerce in Singapore is looking for an experienced individual to fill the position of Analyst cum Researcher.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
You will be responsible with followings,
xe2x97x8f Collect, integrate and analyze sales, advertising and customer data from the major e-commerce platforms like Shopee, Lazada and Tiktok Shop
xe2x97x8f Conduct competitive research and market trend analysis using external tools and APIs
xe2x97x8f Design, build and operate dashboards using BI tools
xe2x97x8f Provide suggestions for each country's decision-making support to EC teams, marketing, sales planning, etc.

JOB REQUIREMENTS
xe2x97x8f English: Business level (as clients are foreign companies and there is a lot of interaction with non-Japanese)
xe2x97x8f Experience in data aggregation, analysis, and reporting
xe2x97x8f Knowledge of Database systems (Google Cloud, AWS, Snowflake, etc.)
xe2x97x8f knowledge and experience with analytical tools such as SQL, Python, R, etc.
xe2x97x8f Experience building Dashboards utilizing BI tools (Tableau, PowerBI, Amazon Quicksight, LookerStudio, etc.)
xe2x97x8f Able to take initiative
xe2x97x8f Prefer working in a small organization
(Better to have)
xe2x97x8f Japanese: Intermediate level (JLPT N2 or above is desirable, as there are Japanese Manager and GM in this team, but they can speak fluent English)
xe2x97x8f Have been involved in EC business for Singapore or overseas, either in-house or ad agency
xe2x97x8f Be involved in E-Commerce or related market
xe2x97x8f Experience in market research and customer surveys
xe2x97x8f Experience in automated data acquisition projects

Working days: Monday - Friday
Working Hours: 0900 - 1700
Salary Range: Up to 6,000SGD + Allowance + VBxefxbcx88MAX 1.5 monthsxefxbcx89
AL: 14 days
WFH: Yes / 1-2days per week
