Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Ensuring efficient execution of offshored processes, overseeing service level agreements, and quality standards. Managing and mitigating risks associated with customer instructions / transactions. Accurate processing of various instructions adhere to banking regulations, policies and service level agreements to maintain operational excellence. Assist and support inquiries and ensuring positive customer experience. New Product Discussion and Process Improvement.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in finance, Business Administration, or related field and/or minimum 3 years of relevant working experience. Proactive self-starter with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Exhibit initiative to raise issues to direct manager / management and the ability to deliver value added support, identify problems & propose solutions. Possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. Exhibit a strong and thorough understanding of risk & control, service oversight and customer / banking service. Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements governing customer account. Excellent communication with experience in operation process improvement. Ability to work collaboratively across teams and manage multiple priorities. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (especially MS Power Query) are added advantages.
