This role involves data collection, trend analysis, and reporting to help drive informed decision-making. Business development with business units, leveraging frontier technologies offered by startups and tech firms would be another area of focus. This is an exciting role for anyone who is entrepreneurial and is passionate to create future business opportunities for financial services.Primary ResponsibilitiesStrategyAssist in the development of strategies by providing data-driven insights and analysis. Support the identification of new business opportunities in collaboration with business units.CustomerGather and analyze market data to produce reports and presentations for internal stakeholders. Support customer-facing teams and internal stakeholders by providing relevant market information and insights. Assist in developing and maintaining relationships within MUFG, partner banks and large corporations to support business development initiativesPeopleCooperate with colleagues both in Singapore and ASEAN and deepen relationship with both internal and external stakeholders.Other/ ControlEnsure compliance with the relevant regulations and limits. Maintain good professional knowledge based on industry trends, products, the relevant laws and regulationsQualification & Experience

• Bachelors degree in business, Finance, Economics, Computer Science, or similar fields.
• Experience in banking or consulting.
• Strong analytical and research skills with attention to detail.
• Experience in data analysis tools and software.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in business development.
• Interest and passion in frontier technologies and their applications in business domains e.g. Generative AI, Web3 and others, within fintech, ecommerce, Saas.
• Ability to think outside of the box for business development.
