Job Description
Job Responsibilities
- To provide daily client service for our transaction banking products
- To conduct investigation into client's issue working with other stakeholders
- To be responsible for end-to-end process of SMAR&TS customer on-boarding
- To cross sell and expand client's usage of our transaction banking products
- University degree or equivalent
- At least 1 year of relevant banking experience and/or experience in the provision of client support
- Relevant knowledge in transaction banking client service
- Relevant knowledge in internet banking platform
- Good communication skills and Japanese speaking is a must as the incumbent will need to communicate with the Japanese corporate clients whose main communication language is Japanese.
- Analytical, good presentation skills and service oriented.
