Support in regional HR risk (including Employee Relation) and compliance related governance and framework and implementation in the region to fulfil internal and external regulatory requirements.
Participate in and support the implementation of global/regional initiatives across the APAC region
Job Responsibilities:
Assist to establish the effective framework for HR governance and control of HR risk and demonstrate a risk aware nature in HR
Support in any compliance related initiatives that ensures regulatory compliance in HR
Collate periodic HR risk reports for internal review of our HR identified key risk areas.
Monitor cyclical risk activities (e.g. Self Identified Issue (SII) Management and RCSA) for GHRA and provide inputs/recommendations considering from a broader HR risk perspective
Support in the review of any operational incident in HR area escalated to GHRA and action plans with relevant countermeasures.
Support internal audit and external inspections related to the GHRA
Support the regional function of employee relations such as individual ER case handling
Participate in key HR projects as required.
Job Requirements:
Degree qualified
Experience in HR Risk Management or HR Compliance
Good stakeholder management skills to collaborate with other departments.
Good interpersonal & communication skills
Commitment to quality and timeliness of work deliverables
Eye-for-details and comfortable to work with numbers
Good proficiency of MS Office applications: Word, Excel, Powerpoint
