Responsibilities
Duty 1: Metrics, Reporting and Analytics
Gathers, manipulate and scrub supply chain related data needed as per pre-defined instructions
Extracts/generates quantitative information from procurement systems using standard queries. Combines extracted data from
different system tools.
Performs data validation to achieve data consistency
Calculates data using available fields within the gathered information. (basic math).
Analyzes the data and provides interpretation and recommendation based on findings (e.g. price parity, dpo parity, KPI metrics) thru comparative analysis (e.g. comparing actuals vs historical information)
Prepares standard supply chain related reports based on standard templates
Maintains the master list of documented information (e.g. procedures, forms, templates, manuals, articles, external documented information, etc.) forcompleteness and accuracy.
Updates an existing Documented Information related documents and processes (e.g. procedures, forms, templates,manuals, articles, external documented information, etc.) based on the documentation guidelines (e.g. identification, description, format)
Duty 2: System Support and Maintenance

Follow business process in updating the system to ensure accuracy of information
Validates, encodes changes related to the system (e.g. part number, collection plan) and completes the setup based on agreed turn-around-time

Collaborate and communicate with suppliers, get commercial information (e.g. transfer price, lead time) or other related information needed to update the system
Requirements:
Education: BS IE, BS OPERATIONS MANAGEMENT, BSBA in Supply Chain, Purchasing or other Engineering/Management related
discipline
Job Related Experience: 1 year related experience in the following:
o Buying, Planning, Supply Chain, Logistics
o Data mining, manipulation, analysis and reporting
Specific Knowledge:
Bill of Materials (BOM) structures and rules
Enterprise Resource Planning
Able to read, analyze & interpret various data types in Excel, Outlook or PDF formats
Can understand/interpret technical documents such as product datasheets & price lists
Good working knowledge on data interpretation & business processes
Knowledge in supply chain, buying, planning functions
Skills:
Basic Microsoft Excel proficiency (Level 1)
Proficient in other Microsoft office programs: Power Point, Word, Outlook
Good level communication skills for interacting with technical & non-technical people via email or phone correspondence in fluent English
Can provide data in an efficient and understandable manner
Capable of simultaneously using various systems/tools to complete requests
