Duties and Responsibilities:

Involvement in the marketing and execution of both buy and sell side transactional business in the Singapore Capital Markets business;



Conduct financial studies and sales comparable analysis for strata commercial assets, shophouses, etc.;



Assist in preparation of proposals, marketing materials/information package on sell side transactions;



Assist with due diligence of relevant documents (review of legal documents, title, management contracts, etc.); Research and analysis of real estate market fundamentals;



Assist with pitch/marketing documents and any other duties that management may reasonably require.

Requirements:

Undergraduate degree in relevant discipline such as business, finance and/or real estate;



Proven academic track record with strong performance in analytical and financial courses;



Excellent report writing skills and attention to detail is essential;



Excellent presentation, communication and interpersonal skills;



Proficiency in English and a second language;



Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) (VBA and other software skills a plus);



Real Estate Salesperson (RES) License preferred.
