(the \xe2\x80\x9cManager\xe2\x80\x9d of Lendlease Global Commercial REIT (\xe2\x80\x9cLREIT\xe2\x80\x9d)) is currently searching for Analyst/Senior Analyst, Investor Relations and ESGListed on 2 October 2019, LREIT is a Singapore real estate investment trust established with the principal investment strategy of investing, directly or indirectly, in a diversified portfolio of stabilised income-producing real estate assets located globally, which are used primarily for retail and/or office purposes.Its portfolio comprises leasehold interest in two properties in Singapore namely Jem (office and retail property) and 313@somerset (retail property) as well as freehold interest in three Grade A commercial buildings, Sky Complex, in Milan. Other investments include a stake in Parkway Parade and development of a multifunctional event space on a site adjacent to 313@somerset.Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:Support the collation and analysis of market benchmark data, peer comparisons in research and financial results analysisProvide support to the preparation of regulatory reports which may include preparing performance reports for Investor Relations and ESG, board pack for general meetings, etcFacilitate and organise conferences and events which include general meetings, quarterly post-results meetings for investors and analysts, non-deal roadshows, acquisition/divestment roadshows, corporate social responsibility, etcWork with third-party service providers to maintain company website, disseminate financial results to the investment community through internal and external platforms, manage CRM system, etcPrepare presentation slides and press releases for quarterly financial resultsPrepare half-yearly market update for financial statementsProject manage the preparation of annual report and sustainability report (end-to-end)Engage in stakeholder communications and prepare responses on queries received from stakeholders including the media, unitholders, business associations, etcAssist in social sustainability, working with the asset operations and marketing team to deliver social value in support of LREIT\xe2\x80\x99s Sustainability FrameworkAssist in ESG-related reporting and implementation such as GRESB, Sustainability Philanthropy FrameworkRequirements:Degree in Commerce or Marketing or Communications or Humanities related major with at least three years of relevant experience.Experience and/or knowledge of financial services, and data analysisStrong analytical and critical thinking skills with the ability to utilise data, identify priorities, and develop strategies to pursue them.Project management and communication skills, both verbal and written, including the ability to prepare business reports for a range of stakeholders.Competencies include planning and organising, problem solving, analytical and creative thinking, verbal and written communication, managing social media channels.Lendlease Group is a diverse, flexible and inclusive employer of choice.
