Business Function
Group Operations enables and empowers the bank with an efficient, nimble and resilient infrastructure through a strategic focus on productivity, quality & control, technology, people capability and innovation. In Group Operations, we manage the majority of the Bank's operational processes and inspire to delight our business partners through our multiple banking delivery channels.
Responsibilities
- Perform loan processing & servicing such as, loan creation, disbursement, repayment, repricing, redemption, fee collection, etc
- Perform audit confirmation activities setup of new auditors, creation of customers instructions in system
- Prepare manual computations of loan instalments or schedules for customers
- Follow up with units/stakeholders to ensure all issues & rectifications are resolved
- Liaise with BU/SU on loan processing matters
- Perform ad-hoc and day-end reconciliations
- Assist and support project related or process improvement tasks
- Adhere to performance standards in processing turnaround time and accuracy requirement
- Bachelors Degree in Finance or other discipline with relevant loan processing experience
- Well-versed in Microsoft Office, strong proficiency in MS Excel
- Able to work under pressure and tight timelines
- Able to understand computation logic and methodology used
- Meticulous, detailed and numerate
- Good interpersonal skills
