Primary liaison for labour management system - (Kronos Workforce Central), between IT and operations with focus on upgrades, training, and optimized usage of these systems by the various stakeholders.
Support and provide adept direction to timekeepers relating to questions pertaining to time reporting on the proper business processes and system functionality.
Support new technology enhancements relating to time reporting.
Participate and collaborate with external departments.
Assist in the implementation of process improvements.
Identify system Break Fix issues.
Support the team\'s initiative and identify ways to enhance support/ training effectiveness.
Contribute to the overall success of the team, by identifying ways to improve the learning process and timekeeper experience.
Undertake Special projects as assigned.
Produce and own monthly labour management reports for accounting purposes.
Create dashboards for Productivity and labour utilization using tools such as Power BI or similar visualization tools.
Job Requirements
Degree in any discipline with 2 or more years of experience in workforce management systems (Kronos, UKG or similar)
Proficiency in MS Excel (advanced) is expected. Hands on experience of data analysis using tools like Power BI, and SQL etc. will be advantageous.
Prior experience showing strong stakeholder engagement and vendor management skills is required.
